Our Story

Founded in 2020, Lime Health was born from a simple belief: to improve healthcare, we must first listen to patients more effectively. Our web-based platform transforms the patient experience by equipping healthcare organizations with smart digital tools rooted in value-based care.

Our platform enables the continuous measurement of patient experience, engagement, and reported outcomes (PREMs and PROMs) through dynamic reports and automated distribution. This qualitative data, synchronized with existing EHR systems and clinical tools, helps care teams optimize care pathways and make more informed decisions.

Today, our team works with over half of Quebec’s CISSS/CIUSSS and healthcare organizations across Canada. We are also supporting organizations in Europe as part of our international growth strategy. We are proud to be the primary provider for the Patient Experience section of the Government of Quebec’s health performance dashboard, helping build a culture of continuous improvement across the public system.

As a certified B Corp, we are deeply committed to building inclusive solutions that respect cultural diversity and address the specific needs of vulnerable populations, including seniors, Indigenous communities, and women.
